One of the UK’s leading Permanent Makeup artists has turned to EDGE Design for a new website design to help refresh the look and feel. The project also included a range of branded literature items such as direct mail shots and white-papers.
Permanent Makeup by Claire Louise approached us looking to update her business branding for a more modern, fresh and clinical feel. The new brand identity was rolled out across all of the media platforms to deliver a seamless and recognisable look.
We designed a brand new website that had a professional look and feel. Given the industry Claire works in, the use of images was a priority to illustrate examples of her work whilst still containing the relevant content for users to read. The landing page starts of very clean to give a personal feel to the user experience as trust is crucial in this industry. Visitors are then encouraged to browser further with an easy to use navigation system and layout.
We built the website to be fully responsive meaning that it works just as well on a mobile device as it does on a laptop. The website is designed and built using the popular content management system, WordPress which allows website owners to fully manage the content themselves with no coding required. We also added graphic design to some of Claire’s business literature to elevate its aesthetic appeal. Claire had already written a white paper article aimed at educating potential customers with regards to the various techniques and what to look out for when choosing a permanent makeup artist.
EDGE Design took the basis of this white paper and together with some strong images and typesetting created a document that supported her brand look.
Working with Tim at EDGE Design means that I can concentrate on my core business knowing that he will deliver a great job every time. He took the time to understand what exactly I wanted and needed and then turned this into great designs.
